The easiest option is to use a tape measure, but if you don’t have one at home, you can also take a string or a cord, mark the point where it overlaps when you measure yourself and measure the length flat with a flexometer (tape measure). Follow the instructions below for correct measurement:
Chest Pass the tape over the most prominent part of the chest and back.
Waist Measure at the narrowest part of the waist, making sure that the tape measure is not slack.
Hip We measure and encircle our hips at the widest part.
