Shipping.

• All PREORDER orders require a lead time of approximately 15-20 business days.
• The shipping cost is 7,50€.
• Free shipping for purchases over 150€.

Returns and exchanges.

At Almendro Atelier we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer flexible options for exchanges and returns, subject to the following conditions:

Exchanges

• Size or model changes are allowed within 7 calendar days after receipt of the product.
• The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and keep the original label and packaging.

Available options:

1. Choose another model of the same price or pay the difference if the amount is higher.
2. Request a coupon for the value of the product, valid for 6 months.

Procedure for changes:

1. Send an email to info@almendroatelier.com with your order number, reason for the change and the details of the product you want.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product.
3. The shipping costs associated with the exchange shall be borne by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Returns

• Advance orders can be returned within 5 calendar days of receipt of the product.

Conditions:

• The product must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Returns of customized products are not accepted.

Refund options:

1. Refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs, if applicable).
2. Credit in atelier for the total value of the product.

Exceptions:

• No returns are accepted on sale or clearance items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellations

• PREORDER orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
• After this period, the order cannot be cancelled and the purchase price will not be refunded.

Defective Products

In case of receiving a product with any defect or defect:

1. Contact us at info@almendroatelier.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include in your message a description of the defect and a photograph to evaluate the incidence.
3. If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced by another of the same model.

In these cases, return and replacement costs will be covered by Almendro Atelier.

Important note: If the product has been tampered with by a third party, the warranty will be void. Before going to another retailer, please contact us to find a solution.

Returns Procedure

1. Send an email to info@almendroatelier.com with the subject line: “Return Request”. Includes:
   • Order number.
   • Reason for return.
   • Photograph (if necessary).
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product.
3. The refund or credit will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the product at our facilities.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

• Defective product.
• Error in shipment by Almendro Atelier.
